Where can I get the intake pipe for my '00 MS? I noticed everyone that has an intake also has the pipe. I have a filter but I'm using the stock pipe because I have no idea if theres a compatible pipe I can use. Any help would be great.

Well I have a "Limited". Are there any pipes or compatible pipes for a "Limited" setup?

Sorry... after searching the internet- i didn't manage to find one... Maybe Injen doesn't make one for the Limited...... however, the kit that is shown in the Injen website , looks different from the one i have in my truck. Mine comes down at an angle and has less of an aggressive turn at both ends. The one on the website looks as if it might work for the LTD. Pictured in the Injen siteMy Injen IntakeJoel, CA

I just finished installing it, however my wife in california has my digital camera so its gonna be july before any pics evolve. I've tested it as far as power goes, and I do notice some difference in the low rpm HP. The transmission doesn't have to downshift on the same hills it did, and my guess is because of the cold air. I've only driven fifteen miles, so the fuel level hasn't changed at all yet. I don't expect a significant change in level until about 45 miles. All I did was buy three 45 degree ABS pipe fittings, along with one 90 degree, some ABS glue and a reducer that went from 4" to 2", which is the size pipe that fit inside my OEM hole. The reducer is meant to channel the airflow into the hole, creating a higher rate of flow(not necessarily P.S.I.). I've also noticed that idling while pointed into a 10mph wind lowers the engine temp significantly after five minutes(which happened without me knowing. I was in the shop while checking for leaks in the piping. I found this quite amazing for just idling). Keep on flyin... Also, I just wanted to re-iterate the fact that if you go with an aftermarket "performance" intake, you will be sucking in nothing but hot air from the motor. Kiss your greenlight races goodbye. The intake will get more air to your motor, but because it is still under the hood kills the "performance" side of it. Go with a custom ram air hood or do like I did.. Get Cold air in there..not hood air. Keep On flying!

I made a scoop and blocked off the engine bay where the intake is. Clay
