I just purchased four 8" blue neon tubes for the flooring area of my MS. I was thinking one for each seating area. Anyone have a recommendation on where to locate these? Was thinking under the seat on the angle of the floor pan facing the feeting area but would love suggestions. Thanks in advance.

There are all kinds of places for neon in there but where u are saying is some of the best! but getting a tube hidden under the pass side of the dash is a pain in the *** if u dont want to see the tube! Instead of putting em under the front seats i but em just under the rear seat. there is enough room to mount em and hide the tube. not to mention tilt the seat forward if need be! it was actually easy just cut a piece of 1/2 MDF the length of the passenger side rapped it in matching vinyl and attached with a couple pieces of 3 inch backstrapping. hides it great...

Thanks guys for the info. Next question is where do you suggest I connect the wiring? I haven't been to the fuse box yet as the lights just arrived today. Is there an accessory fuse that is available for these. I don't want to fry anything by overloading a fuse. I mounted two blue illuminated rocker switches in the center console next to the extra cigarette lighter outlet as I had a blank plate there to cut into. Should look great there. Thanks again for any input.

sir is right that isnt a bad place just remember it only works when the illumination is on. you can also tap into the extra lighter. Just remember to fuse the wire.

Ok here is the stupidity in me.. Do I need to run an inline fuse from each light to the power source or connect all 4 lights and run one fuse? Also, each light has a built in transformer. The transformer does what?? Change the voltage? Also, I have rocker switches installed in the center console next to the extra cigarette lighter. If I tap into the cigarette lighter for power will it work with my switch when the car is on or only when the dash lights/headlights are on? Sorry to be so dumb on this. I just don't want to screw anything up. I am dying to put these in but don't know auto wiring. Thanks for all your help and future suggestions and advice. Loren
