Yes... another grill thred. I saw this in cardomain and was wondering if this grill will fit the 03/04 Montero Sports. This is off of an 05 Montero Sport, Pajero in Brazil. I'm not even sure if this is available in the US or if there is an equivalent here in the US.

After upgrading the headlights today, I was curious and took apart the grill on my Montero. Realizing that the grill is a two-piece assembly, some grill options came to mind. The first was to paint the insert white and keep the shell black. I did it in photoshop and the result wasn't satisfactory. The 2nd option is mesh. I can get a piece of diamond mesh cut to size and carefully mold it onto the insert. When the insert is screwed back onto the shell it should look something like this... What do you all think?

i'd try painting that piece below the license plate and the bottom of the bumper (give it a lip kit look). also might cut away the grill behind the license plate

Looks like everything will fit! We need to get him to hook us up with those parts! I say paint the grill to match your paint.
