Okay, I have tried to search the web and do this on my own but I need you all's help. As noted in another posting I needed to redo my suspension per Mitsubishi to keep it from bottoming out (TSB) but since my warranty is expired I would have to pay out of pocket and it's to expensive. At any rate I want to keep my truck I love my truck but I want a better rear suspension with out it looking like a lifted Ford F150, my truck is a 2wd I don't want it for 4wheelin either. I just want a solid not to pricey fix so that I can tow things with it and go over bumps with-out it bottoming out on me. I heard something about an old man somthing or other it's on another website with Joel's 98 MS on it. Anyways your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check out the Old Man Emu suspension at www.rocky-road.com/kickome.htmlI put one on my '02 XLS and have been completely satisfied with it. It gives a 2" lift.

I only see information for the the first generation Sports which use Leaf Springs. Let me know how to get the parts for the 00+ and I will check it out, I would like to get this done before may when I move back to FL.

I called and talked to one of their salemen. They are able to get what you need for the later model MS.

I was surprised also when i found that site using my truck in the photos. All i have as far as OME parts is their shock - which has absolutely NOTHING to do with it's lift . The site owner took that picture right out of my Cardomain page That's why i've started branding my pictures with the Monterosportonline logo. Joel, CA

I have also had trouble with bottoming out, I have found the OME 911...Springs, I recently installed some different shocks not sure what brand..anyways would these springs help my bottoming out problem first of all, and second would i be able to use my stock tires, and lastly would i need some sort of steering stabilizer

The OME kit took care of the bottoming out problem and gives the MS a much better ride when it is loaded. I actually think it rides smoother with a load.

Two questions, I recently installed some aftermarket gas shocks? Would I have to buy the OME shocks or could I use the ones I bought? and second would I need some sort of steering stabilizer?
Lastly how hard is it to install these springs? Whats a fair price to have someone install them?

It takes about 1 hr to do the rear springs, front and rear shocks, and crank the front torsion bars to match the rear lift. This is with air tools and some knowledge of suspensions. You could use the shocks you have, but eventually you will want to go to a little bit longer shock. I replied to your PM. Oh, as far as price...if you lived in the Dallas area I'd help you install it at my house for a pizza and two beers. And no, you don't have to have a steering stabilizer. I don't have one on my Sport that has 32" tires and the OME lift. Two questions, I recently installed some aftermarket gas shocks? If you are in Norcal, I've got a few buddies who work for a case of beer. They have a lift and full shop and every tool under the sun. Be warned, they like to break out the cutting torch, but they know their suspensions! Have to listen to them with an ear closed as they are my Jeep buddies and one is a Senior Moderator with me over on www.jeepsunlimited.comBut they've done axle swaps, custom fabrication, rock sliders, you name it.

OMG, this friday I had the OME911's put in the back of my truck and WOW it is amazing the difference I experienced. The ride is smoother, and better feel over all to the truck, I went over dips, huge rail road tracks, bumps u name it and the truck went over it like it wasnt there...It was an inexpensive upgrade that made difference...Thanks for ur help guys, and for everyone out there get the OME kit its amazing...
