Just installed my amp under the passenger seat.
1- took out passenger seat and then took out the center console (8 screws total, pretty easy to do)
2- routed wires under carpet to back cargo area
3- routed neg. ground under carpet to passenger seat rear right bolt position
4- routed power wire through driver side gasket in firewall, then toward radio and then back under the carpet to the passenger seat.
5- routed power signal wire from amp under the carpet to the fuse box by the driver's side (connected to the Windshield Wiper Fuse
6- routed 2 pairs of speaker wire to the back of the radio under the carpet
I connected my amp to the Rear Right speaker and Rear Left speaker using the diagram I found at www.installdr.com. I borrowed the image and made it available to you guys at this page (use the lower diagram, the colors don't match but the speaker pin designation is correct):
