Need help w/ installing aftermarket HU for 2000XLS

Does anyone have a stereo wiring diagram or know of a link for one.... Im trying to hook up my speaker wires to a aftermarket wiring harness that will be compatible w/ my Pioneer HU.


BTW sorry for sounding like a newb.

if you go to any stereo shop they can sell you a harness that plugs into the factory mitsubishi wiring and will then color code to your after market wiring.
