Hey guys. I just picked up a Nak PA-304 amp, and want to run my speakers off of it. I have a 97 MS with the infinity system. I actually want to keep the old head unit because I just want to keep the "clean" look, and will probably upgrade the speakers eventually, but for now, I want to try and do the wiring. Are there links to how I can do all of this? I just want to be sure to cover all the bases before I attempt to do this.
Please advise.

You will need a RCA line output converter. You can purchase this at any car stereo shop for about $18.00. This converts the output from your head unit or stock amplifier to low-input. I made"piggy-back" connections off of the wires leading to the rear door speakers located in the center pillars. I ran the wires under the carpet and made the connection at the output converter. You will need to purchase a audio cable to connect from the converter to the amplifier. This will allow you to keep your stock head unit. I am only using the amplifier to drive a couple of 12s. If you are going to run the rest of your speakers off of the amp, you will need to run quite a bit of wire to the kick panels and pillars, cut the speaker leads (don't cut the wire before your piggy-back connection) and make your amp output connections there. Your other option is to use the hi-input connections on your amp (if equipped) and run the wires direct from your piggy-back connection to the amp.
