I haven't purchase this actual kit, but i have installed 4 guage ground wires in various locations to the head, block, exhaust, and other areas of the engine- to the chassis of the vehicle. From there, i've also beefed up the ground straps from the battery to the chassis with more 4 guage cable (and Gold Plated terminals ;D ) . This can help eliminate any "engine noise" heard in high power systems and a ground strap to the hood can also eliminate any RF interference present when listening to AM radio stations.

oh, hey. I bought the kit off ebay a few months ago and its still sitting in my room collecting dust. The wires dont reach to where they are supposed to go and the entire deal about not grounding to the chassis just seems dumb. it would take a good chunk of time if they reached... well my final verdict is: this is junk. Save your money for something that serves a purpose. Like a new hemi engine or some chicken nuggets.

zedman86 - I'd venture to guess that you must be suffering from the "placebo" effect. Meaning to say that the ground wires may stabalize voltage drops between components (if any)- but i don't think any other benefits may be realized.
