The AirLift air bag that I installed at the passenger side raise higher with lower pressure (10 psi) than the one on the driver side (25 psi). Anybody knows what's the problem here? Could it be one of the rear coil is longer than the other one? Or the size of the air bag is different? Any other air bag users have this same problem?

I experienced the same but not to that extreme. It's more like 5 lbs difference if that. I have mine set on the drivers side at 20 and the passenger side at 15-20. I figured it was from the gas tank. You gotta figure the tanks is on one side and at 8lbs/gallon @ 19.5 gallons that's 156 lbs added to the drivers side. Maybe try it with an empty tank (a couple gallons left) and see if it's the same.
How are you measuring the distance or lift? IF your using the fender flares, that could be inacurate. Try measuring off of the axle, left and right of the diff. Fender flares can be off as much as 1/2 inch due to fit and finish issues in my experience.
Anyway, I hope that helps and keep us posted!

Yoshi, how are you doing? I emailed the airlift company and they replied with the same answer; check for offset load, fuel tank, location of spare tire. I also took the measurement when the fuel tank near empty and still got the same result. So, I believe it's not the tank and not the spare tire since it's located in the middle rear side. I will take the measurement one more time tomorrow using your method to see if there is any difference. One more thing the tech support of airlift company asked me to do is double check the model # of both air bags to make sure they has same P/N written on them, which I will do tomorrow. I will keep you guys posted.

Hi Calvin,
Good to talk to you again. I see old familiar friends of the MS Garage here! I've been wanting to do a Part II of the Picture contest but haven't really found a good place to recruit contestants. Maybe Jay97 will let me promote here.
Anyway, how did the Air Bag thing turn out? Same SN# on the bags?

I don't know, man. I did not see any hand written SN # at the bottom of the bag as described by the tech support . I will email them tomorrow see if they will give me a substitute bag . Regarding the picture contest, I'd love to see the cool pic from Montero Sport owners. I just got the pic of my MS developed over the weekend but they all came out blurred . Will try again when I have time.
