I work for a 12 volt distributor, wholesaler, and installation company in colorado. I have decided to use my Sport as a demo vehicle. I have always been a little over the top with my sound systems. We trying to keep it simple. Make it look great and have some great sound while still using it as a daily drive and a truck to use camping and wheeling.
So Ive decided to post pictures as I go along the way.

1.2 farad DEI capacitor with Distribution block in storage compartment driverside. This was the last trial fit before recarpeting. This is the passenger side. Didnt do anything there yet but it was bowed pretty bad so i redid it also. Here is the cap and distribution block with out the flush mount cover. Here it is finished Now to the amps mounted in one of the 2 compartments. amps framed in and partially carpeted. Waiting for some plexi glass before I can finish. Here is a picture looking in. I will matching the rest of the carpets tonight. And hopefully I will get the box done soon. Soundstream is helping me design it. more pics coming soon

Looks ok.
My recommendation would be to ditch the cap. Or if you want it for looks, at least disconnect it.

I did the cap to keep my sub amp at a constant 13 v and above. I was actually dropping to 12.2 volts ever third or 4th bass note so Ive kept it in the system. I will probably upgrade the battery this fall and redo all the wires for the charging system. At that point ill check voltage again and see if I keep it in the system.

new pics. I have a Soundstream TSQ124 square sub in a bandpass custom box designed with the help of Grizz Archer at soundstream. Did The new Alpine PDX-F6 running my mids and highs. The alpine PDX-M6 is now running my sub. I also upgraded the front speakers to Rainbow Audio Dream Line 6 inch components. Blow my Alpine Type Rs away. DId the alpine Logo in our new C and C machine. Not bad for our first try. We will be doing it again in a thicker plexiglass. The logo is directly below the sub. I Have 4 green neon tubes in the box to light the subwoofer. all installed need better pictures then the camera phone. Can you figure out what board is off. Damn shouldnt do this kinda stuff drinking. Amp cover board before it was carpeted. Alpine logo lit up for the first time. Now just need to get a couple more lights to light up the amps and a dark picture. Also added a LED under car kit and 2 LED's in each door handle. More pics to come.
