Nice clean MS! Those wheels don't look stock...what type are they?
What are you planning for a "system"?

Thanks Monter02! The wheels are Center Line (at least they have that stamped on the center cover). I don't know much about that company. Are they good?
Nothing fancy at all on the stereo (sorry all you audiophiles) ;D Just a nice am/fm/cd head unit with cd changer control.
I also plan to replace all of the 'Montero Sport' nameplate decals that are missing.
There are a couple of things to fix too. The rear wiper and defrost do not work.

Yeah, I think Centerline's are a well respected name. I added some aftermarket rims a couple of weeks ago and couldn't find anything that fit the Montero Sport, so I had to have mine altered to fit.
As far as audio goes, I tend to go big, but that's a personal preference. I've always been partial to Kenwood head units, and Alpine Amps. Good luck with your stereo and repairs.

Hey thanks! I honestly believe the part about the granny. The same couple owned it for the past 9 years and the whole thing is in remarkable condition. I would love to ask them about how they used it ;D

Yeah and it seems that a 'granny type' may have like the 'bare' look too. Every single decal or nameplate except the v6 on the grill and the mitsubishi trim plate is missing. Was it possible to have them left off at the dealer or do you think that they were removed later? Anyway, I'm going to find a source to get and replace them all. I like them on.

I can't imagine that they would have an option to leave off the badges. Any chance it's been repainted?

Now, I think that's a real possibility. Any way to tell easily?

It looks like Mitsubishi-parts.com has the Monter Sport decals (nameplates) and the LS decal that I need for the liftgate. Not too bad a price either. I'll try to snap a couple of 'after' pics after I have them on.
