Locate the Infinity Amp - 2000 Montero Sport

Can Someone help me locate where in the world the factory Infinity Amp is installed in my 2000 Montero Sport? I heard the right rear seat but that is where my jack and lug wrench is.

My Project: I fabbed new dash for 2000 Montero Sport with 7" touchscreen embedded and installed / built CarPC system using Centrafuse front-end software. Will post pics if interested.....

Right rear quarter panel next to the wheel well mounted inside the inner framework of the truck. . .
You need to pull back the interior panel and youll see it. Its held in with four 10mm nuts.
