A few months ago the wife and I went on a road trip and wanted to have our iPad be accessible for movies and music. So I whipped up this little gem. Worked beautifully the whole trip. I secured it to the MS by drilling a hole in the metal part of the iPad mount and then bolting it onto the floor where the seat bolts in.

Nice. Show us the back and how it mounts to the iPad! A DIY would be nice too *hint hint*

I'm more impressed with the mount than the ipad. Had one for a month and sold it. All it was was a big ipod touch.

Yeah I can do a DYI for it. It was really easy to do. its made out of aluminum and acrylic panels all screwed together. I was also not impressed by the iPad, I only kept it because it was so nice to be able to watch/listen to movies as we were driving. Downside was when the wife put on Twilight and I had to sit there while it happened to me.
