Looks good there bd!! You need to update your sig now I would service the wheel bearings all the way around for piece of mind. Going from a 24/25 to -25 offset is going to put more stress on them.

Thanks! No it was turning the wheels and we're done. Lol they only (slightly) rub on the lower inner fender well. Torsion bars are at factory height. Nah no body lift for me I'm pretty happy with it as it is. Ah. Yea, I was wondering. Your tires are actually about 1/4" bigger than my 35"s. Be careful turning the wheel and stuffing a tire. That's where it used to bite me in the backside. Yea, I was wondering from your previous posts. A SOA is worth about 6" and your Sport is about what mine looked like right after the SOA but before the 4-5" actual 'lift'. Have you measured from the ground to the bottom of the frame (in the middle of the vehicle) yet? I'm really curious where its sitting now. Sounds about right. $3K is about the cost of a 4" Jeep lift installed here. "torsion drop bracket"? Edward I'll try to measure tomorrow Ed. I bet it's higher than I think it is! ☺

Holy crap its 22"! Lol so I'm not far behind! OMG, are you serious?!? That is a large chunk more than was expecting. Well, that's good information for someone else considering doing this. That is considerably more height than most people are looking for even if they think that's what they want. How in the world are you getting in and out of that thing without skids/steps?? Its awkward getting in an out of my '99 and that's stock with only the 2" body lift. Edward

Looks nice, how's the ride quality and body roll? It's amazing dirk. Better than factory. Although its got all new shocks and upper front parts and torsion bars at factory height. I'm thrilled with it.

Looks nice, how's the ride quality and body roll? It's amazing dirk. Better than factory. Although its got all new shocks and upper front parts and torsion bars at factory height. I'm thrilled with it. That doesn't surprise me at all. Not even a little. With no anti-roll bars on the big Sport (although technically the radius arm suspension makes the front axle act as a 'anti-roll' bar) it STILL handles better than my stock '03. Hell, my '99 with a 2" body lift and no rear sway bar handles better than my '03. dirk, KIM, BD's is a gen 1 with leaf springs in the back as are both my '97s and '99. The '97-'99s handle WAY better than any gen 2 I've ever driven. If you did the same thing BD did or a SAS like mine to a gen 2 with no rear bar, every time you went around a corner it'd try to flip over onto it's roof. Movement between the rear axle and body is a lot freer with coils. That's great (more or less) off road, but not so great on the street and especially not on the highway. I've seen coil sprung vehicles roll on the trail because of that. Big reason why I'm a leaf spring fan, even though the articulation is generally not as good. They tend to be much more stable. You'll have to excuse me for not trying that technique. lol!!! Edward
