you can get the required resistor from any junkyard or mitsu dealer, they're very easy to install, I've turbo'd a nonturbo mitsu before. The super air flow converter is a great device, very easy to install and wonderful to work with. I use the SAFC in my galant vr4, works great.

true but it was much needed as my fuel/air was at 18-1 without it. Clay

i have a 2003 turbocharged ls. a lot of the work was custom but that thing runs dang good. ill post pics but i need help doing so as i have never posted pics on a forum. i had the motor built by a local performance shop so im not too sure on the specs. i do know for a fact that the bottom end on all 6g72 are the same except for when they went to 4 bolt mains in the early 90s and changed what the crank is made of. a 3000gt engine will bolt up to the tranny im just not sure about some of the other stuff. i have CP forged pistons in mine and if im not mistaken they are from a 3000gt. as for the tranny holding the power, im not sure. i have mine set up to where the turbo doesnt make boost until about 3k rpm and it spike about 1-2psi between shifts. right now im running 9 psi and thats enough to give all the crap around here a hard time

really? thats good because im about to redo my exahust so the turbo spools faster and im adding a larger intercool, apexi boost controller, and an external wastegate. i want to run 15psi on pump gas. i dont know where you could but 2 turbos, why not do a single big turbo with a small exhaust side setup? one turbo is more efficient and you would only need one intercooler. unless you did some major cutting, it would be a pain in the butt to fit 2 intercoolers anywhere

well looks like u beat our buddy Spo to it. he posted about a race to 300rear hp. i am sure if u could get some info on ur custom intake plenum and piping he would much appreciate it. i looked into it but it was more work and expensive then my cams. the best way i saw to do it was to relocate my batt and have a plenum that held the throttle bodie on the driver side to make room to run the pipes back toward the pass side and through a inter- cooler . tell us more. if u want to get closer to the 300hp mark, RPW from auzyland has stage 1,2,3 cams for ur truck.billet grinds for about 1400 4 the stage 2.the cam gears for a newer eclipse will fit so u can get some from fidanza. by the way ur a lucky bast ;D. u should take a trip to the dyno so we can all see what #'s ur putting down. u can view mine in the gallery under clays ride. also some 1/4 times would be nice. mine are posted in the dyno results post. also u may want to get a aftermarket tranny cooler to be on the safe side. im going to the dyno as soon as i have the extra money. right now the turbo sets on the passenger side where the air box used to be. the exahust pipe is ran stupid. it runs from the cats to about the middle of the car, then turns and runs to the front of the car, around the bottom front of the engine and up to the turbo. the intake plenum is the stock plenum. if you can use a different plenum, that faces teh drivers side, than i would suggest it because how mine is setup, its making it very hard for me to mount an intercooler any where (currenty i have no intercooler, but its on the list right after i do something about the exahust). hopefully ill make it to the track this weekend weather permitting. im going to the people who tuned it this afternoon to turn my boost up a little bit, probably 12lbs or so. i dont know where you would put two turbs so i would suggest just one, its more efficent anyways. pics are soon to come, i broke my camera but i get it back today or tomorrow so they will be up soon. anything elsse just ask and ill help you out however i can

no as i said spo was working on it, and i know he had some parts but havent heard from him in a while. can u find out what they did 4 ecu control?

most all of the ecu control is done through the 6bmt. its an ignition box made by msd for forced induction applications that retards the timing at different levels of boost. it works very well and keeps everything happy. also my montero might be for sale soon due to the fact that i have ran into some financial problems from my ex so i would much rather see someone else have it than her.
